My light for the germination box finally turned up and I finished building the frame I am using to help protect the seedling in the ground.

October is here and it is almost time to start the seeds for the 2015 season. I managed to get my hands on a heat pad so will be trying that out soon.
Beni Meier has done something amazing this season for giant pumpkins. He has pushed the limits to what was thought possible and has managed to break the world record 3 times in as many weeks.
To raise the PH level and increase the benefits to the soil I have added dolomite to the soil. The season prep has started.
